Following successful events in 2013 and 2015 the event is back again with some exciting new gardens. The first of the gardens Bacaroo Estate was announced last week, this lovely country garden and it’s park like grounds will be the setting for the fete this year.
Follow our facebook page “The Homegrown Garden Tour” to ensure you’re notified when each of the remaining three gardens are announced.
Make the Homegrown Garden Tour an all-day outing by including lunch, morning or afternoon tea from the delicious food stalls at the fete, or prebook a picnic to enjoy in one of the gardens on your way around.
Wander around the plant stalls to pick up treasures for your garden. Try vegetable seedlings from Mayfield Playcentre’s stall with spinach, yellow beans, rocket and much more. There will be garden art and a variety of homewares, woman’s and children’s fashion stalls will delight. There’s something for all ages and budgets with babywear, jewellery, fabric gifts and cards on show to name a few of the stalls coming.
The facebook page will also be kept up to date with ticket sale dates and locations. We look forward to seeing you there, for those more interested in shopping there will be a fete only option available.
